You can set up automatic notifications for lead creation and proposal follow-ups using the Notifications tab of the Company Profile page under your Administrator panel.

Select Yes / No to activate or deactivate this notification.

Input the email addresses you would like to have notified whenever a new lead is created. You can input multiple email addresses separated by a comma.

Select Yes / No to activate or deactivate this notification.

Choose whether the reminder should be an email or SMS text. This will notify the proposal creator.

Input when the reminder should be sent (how many hours after the proposal has been sent).

You can also set an email notification for when the proposal is signed. You can input multiple email addresses separated by a comma.
