How do I add my replacement device to my plan after a claim?

After receiving a replacement device following an approved claim, follow these steps to get it added to your AKKO account so it is protected

If you've recently had a claim and your device was replaced, then be sure to add it to your AKKO account the same way you did when you initially signed up.

To do this, you'll first want to login to your AKKO account, go to the "items" tab, and click the old device that was damaged/stolen and choose to "delete" it.

Then, click "Add new item" and add your new replacement device to your plan!
