With our AI Job Recommendations tool, you'll get job suggestions that match your resume and career interests—so you spend less time scrolling and more time applying! Each role shows a match score, highlights strengths and areas to improve, and provides tips to boost chances of getting hired.
Getting Started
Log in to your Thrive account and go to Job Recommendations under the Job Management menu on the left.
Fill out the three fields:
Choose a Resume: Pick the resume you want to use for matching. If you have multiple resumes, choose the one most relevant to your current job search.
Enter a Job location: Enter your city or region where you're looking for jobs.
Enter a Job Title: Enter the type of role you want.
Click “Find Jobs For Me” to see your personalized job recommendations.
Viewing Your Results
The platform will show relevant opportunities, each with a match score based on your resume. Click any job to see full details and your Job Match Analysis.
Understanding Your Job Match Analysis
The Job Match Analysis breaks down how your qualifications align with each role:
Summary: Your overall fit for the position
Category breakdown: How you score across different requirement areas
Matching skills: Skills from your resume that match the role
Skills you can develop: Areas where more experience could improve your fit
Job Title: How your previous titles compare to the role
Seniority: Whether your experience level meets employer expectations
Industry: How relevant your background is to the role’s industry
Location: How your location aligns with the job’s requirements
Saving Opportunities
When you find a role that’s a good fit, you can save the job to your Job Tracker.
If one of the recommendations does not match your profile, you can mark it as Job Not Relevant to refine and improve future results.
