The Thrive SmartTracker Google Chrome extension basically acts like a helper that sits in your browser while you’re job hunting and makes the process faster, more organized and more strategic.
When you’re browsing job postings on Indeed, the Google Chrome extension automatically detects when you open a listing and appears in the top-right corner of your screen.
You can then click the “Compare with your Resume” button, which will display the resumes saved in your Thrive account. From there, select the specific resume you want to use, and the extension will analyze it against the job posting to show how well you match.
It highlights missing keywords or skills

From there, you can click “Edit your Resume,” which opens a new tab and takes you to the resume section of your Thrive account. You can then choose the resume you want to update and add relevant keywords to your skills or work experience sections to strengthen it for that specific role.
If you don’t have time to make those edits right away, you can save the job to your Job Tracker and come back to it later when you have more time.
