Go to Thrive's login page - https://alberta.thrivemycareer.com/
Select Forgot Password? under the login fields.
Enter your email and click Reset Password.
A confirmation message will appear (shown below in green).
A password reset email will be sent to your inbox. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
Note: Passwords must be 8+ characters long and include: 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 digit and 1 special character.
