Can I cancel or reschedule my session?

Cancellations and modifications can be made up until 24 hours from the session's start time.

Please email us at albertasupport@thrivemycareer.com or contact the Coach that your session is booked with, to let us know if you have to reschedule or cancel!

If you cancel or modify a booking within 24 hours of the session's start time:

  • The session will be considered utilized and you will not have the opportunity to rebook the session or regain the tokens spent.
    ​

  • Failure to attend the session is considered as a cancellation within 24 hours of start time.
    ​

  • You may not send a stand-in attendee to take your place, this is also considered a cancellation within 24 hours and your stand-in will be asked to leave the session.
