How do I use Thrive?

Just starting the Thrive program? Book a group onboarding session as your first step!

Hosted by the Client Services team, this 60-minute Zoom meeting will introduce you to the platform and guide you through the available tools and resources that'll help you with your job search.

To schedule, follow the steps below:

  • Login to your Thrive account and click “My Services” on the top right of your Dashboard.

  • Scroll down to your Welcome Package, and click “Access” next to “Group Onboarding Session". Select your preferred date from the calendar pop-up.

  • Once you submit the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom meeting link.

If you’ve already completed an onboarding but still need extra support, you can book a one-on-one session with a member of our Client Services team. They’ll be happy to help answer any additional questions you have about your Thrive account.
