Hosted by the Client Services team, this 60-minute Zoom meeting will introduce you to the platform and guide you through the available tools and resources.
For additional training, weekly guided tours are also available.
To schedule, follow the steps below:
Book an Onboarding Session
Login to your Thrive account and click “My Services” on the Dashboard.
Scroll down to the Welcome Package, and click “Access” next to “Group Onboarding Session". Select your preferred date from the calendar pop-up.
Once you submit the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom meeting link.
