Follow these steps to update your email preferences or unsubscribe from our communications:
Go to "Account Settings" by selecting your name on the top-right of the page.
Scroll down to "Communication Emails" and uncheck "Receive Communication Emails".
To opt-in to Thrive's communication emails, simply re-check that box.
Thrive's communication emails also have an unsubscribe option that you can select by clicking "Unsubscribe from our emails" at the bottom of the messag
