The "Get Started" button in your welcome email will not log you into Thrive every time you click on it. It's purpose is to have you create a password and activate your account!
Once your account is activated, you can login to Thrive by going to https://alberta.thrivemycareer.com/. We recommend bookmarking the URL for easy access.
Tip: Unsure if you're using the correct URL? Look for the mountains on the login page!
