I can't login to Thrive

Review our troubleshooting tips if you can't login to your account but using the correct email and password.

If you're having difficulty logging into your Thrive account and using the correct email and password, please try the following solutions:

1. Ensure you are using the correct website URL:

(TIP - Look for the mountains on the Login page!)

Type the URL in the Address Bar NOT in the Google Search


  • Blurry Youtube video? Click the Settings icon on the bottom right of the video and select Quality. Then choose 720p or 1080p.


2. Update Google Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome

  2. At the top right of your browser, click the Menu icon

  3. Scroll down to Help > About Google Chrome

  4. Click Update Google Chrome (If you can't find this button, you're on the latest version)

  5. Click Relaunch



3. Uninstall Ad Blocker Extensions in Chrome

  1. At the top right of your browser, click the Extensions icon

  2. Click the Menu iconnext to the Ad Blocker and select "Remove from Chrome"



Uninstall Password Manager Extensions in Chrome

  1. At the top right of your browser, click the Extensions icon

  2. Click the Menu iconnext to the Password Manager and select "Remove from Chrome"



4. Turn off all VPN's (Virtual Private Networks )

  1. macOS:

    1. Click on Apple icon at the top left corner of your Mac screen

    2. Go to System Preferences > Network > VPN

    3. Select Disconnect to disable the Mac VPN

  2. Windows:

    1. Click Start > Settings

    2. Select Network & Internet

    3. Choose “VPN” from the menu on the left side of the screen

    4. Identify and select the VPN you wish to disable

    5. Click Disconnect to turn off the VPN




5. Use a Trusted Internet Source (such as your home wifi)



6. Ensure Firewalls Aren't Blocking Access

  1. Mac Users:

    1. Go to the Apple Menu > System Settings

    2. Click Network in the sidebar, then click Firewall

    3. Confirm Firewall is turned off

  2. PC Users (Windows 11):

    1. Select Start > Settings

    2. Under Network & Internet > Advanced Network Settings

    3. Scroll down to Windows Firewall

    4. Select your active Network

    5. Confirm Microsoft Defender Firewall is turned off




7. Try Using a Larger Screen
