Income Support Requirements

Understand your obligations to maintain eligibility for Income Support funding.

To receive funding, Income Support requires that you login to Thrive 2-3 times a week, use the services provided in your Welcome Package, and the additional tools and resources within the platform. Your mandatory Action Plan will be outlined to you during your initial onboarding session with the Client Services Team.

If you have any questions about funding or the employment support program, please contact the phone number/email you were provided at the time of your Thrive intake in the Welcome email sent by the Ministry.
