Coach Control is an important feature that allows Career Coaches and the Thrive team to access your account during one-on-one meetings with you.
To allow Coach Control follow the steps below:
Go to Account Settings by selecting your name at the top-right corner of the webpage.
Check the box next to "Allow Coach Control" to enable the feature.
