Coach Control is an important feature that allows Career Coaches and the Thrive team to access your account during any one meetings with you.
To allow Coach Control follow the steps below:
Go to Account Settings by selecting your name at the top-right corner of the webpage.
Check the box next to "Allow Coach Control" to enable the feature.
