Cancellation Policy

Please select your appointment time with our Thrive team or Coaches carefully, noting our cancellation policy below:

  • Thrive Onboarding:

    • If you do not show up for the meeting or cancel the appointment within 24 hours of the planned time, it will be marked as missed. We understand unforeseen conflicts may prevent you from attending, and we will offer one more opportunity for you to book.

  • Coaching Session:

    • If you do not show up for the meeting or cancel the appointment within 24 hours of the planned time, it will be considered completed and you will not be able to reschedule or receive a refund of your tokens.
