You cannot apply for jobs directly through Thrive. The Job Search feature displays available opportunities in one convenient place, while the Job Tracker helps you manage your progress for each listing.
To apply, click the “View Details” button in the job posting. This will open a separate tab and take you to the website of the original listing, where you can find more information about the role and submit your application under "Apply".
