Refund Policy

Understand our Refund Policy for services purchased in the Marketplace

Tokens will be automatically deducted from your account once a service is purchased in the Thrive Marketplace.


If a purchased service has not yet been delivered, it can be cancelled or refunded with the following exceptions:

  • If you cancel a coaching session within 24 hours of the appointment, or do not show up at the time of the meeting, it will be considered completed and you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • A coaching session or access to a 3rd party platform that has already been provided or utilized will not be refunded.
