To upgrade your skills to be a better match for that career, follow the steps below:
Click Learn More at the bottom of the career profile.
This will open the page and provide more detailed information about the specific career. The greyed-out skills are ones you currently don't have or you may but are not in your SkillsID. They can help you identify areas you may want to develop so you can include them in your SkillsID and resume if you decide to apply for that career, ultimately making you a stronger candidate.
