What is my Action Plan?

Understand the requirements to continue with the Thrive program.

To continue with the Thrive program, Income Support requires that you login to Thrive 2-3 times a week and utilize the resources provided. You will also be sent short surveys after each one-on-one meeting and through-out your program.

The following Action Plan tasks are mandatory to complete in your Welcome Package:

  • 1:1 Onboarding session

  • Resume Critique

  • Career Path Explorer Coaching Call

  • Activate Linkedin Learning

Additional requirements:

  • Complete the Learning Center courses

  • Add jobs to the Job Tracker

  • Utilize the Marketplace services, including the free workshops and webinars


We recommend accessing your Welcome Package services as soon as your program starts:

  • Click “My Services” on the Dashboard:

  • To schedule a meeting, book your Resume Critique, or activate your Linkedin Learning, click the “Access” button next to your preferred service and follow the prompts:
