That seems to be an underestimation - A good rule of thumb is 1.25-1.5x. This is fully loaded, including cost of overhead (office space, etc).ย
I'm trying to find some data on total salary costs for employers in the US and from what I can find, it's about 1.1x the gross salary of an employee. Can anyone confirm?
