One of our big clients is asking for an extended timeline. Instead of Fall 2017 deployment, they want to push it for April 2018. Any advice on that?

It’s not always possible but if I were you I would ask them to sign the agreement, see if they share some data or maybe perhaps maybe give out some sort of sign up fee.

I would look for any ways to ensure thats its not a stalling technique.. again if they don’t want you they can always say no but some customers just stall !!
