A cut+paste can help you qualify those responses if you are drowning in them. Make some qualifications and/or specific asks and see who continues down the path. You can always go back to the rest later. Very few people seem to use the ability to expand text in Mac OS. I had my entire sample email as a keyword, so I could write SampleEmail and my entire email template would appear in the text box.

You can also try Outreach. Auto Text Expander for Google Chrome handles this too. It's faster than copy and paste, but less good than auto emailers.
