How do you properly issue invoices to customers in India for a US entity (taking proper care of taxation etc). Any softwares we can use for this?

Not sure about India. There was a thread in Slack around VAT in Europe. Check with an international tax specialist. If you are selling as SaaS, not sure you would need to invoice taxes. But better to check with experts. Other than that, invoicing should be straightforward.
