You can also use the CAB methodology as a hack to create a Technical Advisory Board where you can ask them to give feedback and do small projects to test them out with the hope that a few are excited enough to want to join.
Fill out a Hiring Spec - This goes out every 4 months to our extended network and we also post them on our Job Board so people can connect to you directly.
