Are there any guidelines we can use when determining non-founding C-level team member's equity at Seed/Pre-Series A stage?

AngelList is a good resource. There are a few comp study PDFs floating around on the internet. In reality, comp is more of an art than a science as long as within ball park. Should still stick with standard 4 years vesting/1 year cliff, and such though.
