Highly recommended not to use custom documents and not having a direct share counts as you’ll complicate your cap table when you do a priced/equity round (you’ll have a two way dependency between the SAFE and warrant docs). It is best to keep it simple and stay with boilerplate.
Does anyone have a template that ties exercising SAFE and warrant together?
Conveying a percentage rather than the current template of needing to write down exact share counts.
