Is it true that if we get in Sequoia India's pipeline then Sequoia US will not consider us since they don't overstep/compete? Does this apply to future rounds as well? Should we take the call with the India team, or try to get in front of the US team?

Sequoia India and US are totally separate funds and you should treat them as separate and pitch both. The funds are almost completely separate in terms of GPs and LPs. They might chat with each other about it and might steer it to the fund that makes more sense, but treating them as separate is advisable.
