How do I add a Funding Round to my Company profile and why should I do this?

We highly recommend you always keep your Company profile up to date. Updating your Company information regularly increases your chances to be contacted by potential investors and customers and positively affects your conversion rate when you reach out to people on the Vault.

One of the most important sections on your Company profile is the Funding section.
To add information about your funding rounds:

  •  Go to My Account and select My Company.

  • On the Company profile page scroll down to the Funding section and click the Pencil icon to edit the section

  • Select the Closed Date when the round was closed, the Round Type and the Amount.

  • Click Add Investment Round if you need to add another round

  • Click Save

Once you’ve added information about Investment Rounds to your Company profile, you will be able to add information about Funds and Angel Investors who participated in these rounds in the section below (view How do I add Investors and Advisors to My Company Profile? FAQ article).

Keep in mind that after closing a round you will be able to reach out again to all the people that you have previously contacted through the Vault.
