Any good examples of an uncapped plan suited for a monthly SaaS revenue business?

It shows both what a traditional and non-traditional plan looks like. There's a lot out there how to determine OTE, comissions, etc, but one thing people sometimes skip is understanding what kind of role they're really hiring for. i.e. if you're hiring someone to follow your sales script and you know performance benchmarks, it makes sense to do 1:1 base:commission up to OTE. If you're figuring out process, there are a lot of unknowns, and you're hiring someone to figure it out, it can make sense to go higher on base and lower on commission in the beginning.
