Pick a sales coach that has experience in a similar space and go-to market strategy.

For example, if you’re bottoms up adoption/land and expand, find someone that has done that. If you’re top down enterprise sales focused on healthcare, find someone that knows how to navigate the complications that come with a regulated industry.
