Talk to a lawyer. But typically if it is a corporation to invest in you, either the corporation must have at least $5million in assets or every shareholder has to be an accredited investor. Same thing for partnerships, the partnership must have at least $5million in assets or each partner must be an accredited investor personally.
Does anyone know if there are issues/considerations if taking investment through "a non-accredited S-Corp"?
