We have a lead investor that commits $1M but we can't get the extra $1M to close the round. Does anybody have any idea? Would the lead agree to crowdfunding platforms?

Have they signed a term sheet or subscription agreement? Usually if investors see that there's a lead who's committed in writing that gives enough confidence to fill out the rest of the round
