This is the Toll number for EIN- The process is super easy.
1- Call the number above (make sure you are using a toll-free number such as a Skype number, an online number, or a landline.)
2- Start by explaining your problem, they will ask for your details one by one to verify.
3- After a few minutes, they will give you your EIN number and you can write it down for your reference but this is not going to be useful.
4- Be prepare some FAX in the US who can take FAX on the behalf of the person in the US (Make sure you are close to the FAX machine, even though its PDF in your mail)
5- EIN agent will fax a hard copy and you can use it for any purpose.
