An idea for lead generation - lead workshops. For example, an Alchemist Class 37 startup led an educational workshop on AI for a "partner" and the partner paid them $1000 / day / person.

This is not a particularly scalable solution - but it works early on to build awareness and conversation.

In-person events can be very profitable from a lead gen perspective.

Other hack: in-person lunch conference on best practices related to your target customers.
