Build your own community to generate leads and create personal connections. Center it around your product and what you want your customers to focus on. Have them opt-in. As you scale, bring people in.

  2. Go into your network, and identify initial people who would be excited to get involved.

  3. Scale it.

Can use LinkedIn outreach, outbound emails to source new people.
