But you can see this inside AD24!
Did you know by navigating to the parts system there is a report at the top of the screen called "Orders to be shipped" and it looks like the button below.
When you select this you will see a report that looks like this
From this there is a column called "Status" that tells you where the parts are in the process.
Pick in progress - Our team is out in the warehouse picking the parts
Packed - Your parts are picked and ready to be sent to you using our couriers today
The report is live! so if you call us we can see the same information you can see on AD24!
