To reset your password, simply click on this link: Forgot Password.

You will be asked to enter your email address registered to your account. Once this is complete, you will be sent a "reset password" email which you will receive in your inbox within five minutes. If you can't find it, check your spam/junk folder to see if it has appeared there.

Within the email there is a link that will take you to a page where you can change your password.

Once you have completed the reset, proceed to the AD24 Login and use your new password to login.
