Create a Bank Account

Before you do anything on Alfie, you need to set up your bank account or accounts if you have more than one.

Rex PM allows you to create multiple bank accounts, both Trust and General.

Below are the steps you can follow to create a new trust account in Rex PM.

  1. Click on Settings in the main left-hand menu

  2. Select Bank accounts in the pop-out menu under Financials

  3. Click Create Bank Account

  4. Enter the below fields:

    • Country of registration

    • Currency

    • Account display name (optional) - this will be the name you see throughout Rex PM

    • Account name - This is your official account name

    • Account number

    • BSB

    • Bank

    • Trust Account - select the relevant option

  5. Click Create Bank Account
