An ownership is a contact or group of contacts that are owners of a Property within your portfolio.
You can create an ownership one of two ways:
Global Create
Ownerships
Select Ownerships from the main left-hand menu
Click Create an Ownership
With either option, once you have opened the creation window you need to select which contact or contacts are included in this ownership and click Create Ownership.
