Alfie allows you to create a record to show the agreement between the ownership and the agency.
These are great to house all of the relevant information for the owner in relation to how the agency will manage the ownership.
Create Management Agreement
You can create a Management Agreement using the below steps:
Go to Properties from the main left-hand menu
Select the Property you would like to create a Management Agreement for
Click Management Agreement from the mini menu
Select Create Management Agreement
Enter in the agreement details
Property - which property is this management agreement for
Ownership - which ownership is this for (this will pre-populate for you)
Agreement Start Date - date your agreement begins
Agreement End Date - date your agreements ends, this is optional
Click Create Management Agreement
Edit Management Agreement
Once you have created your management agreement you may need to go in and add more detail.
You can do this by clicking the pencil in the top right corner of any group to make the fields editable.
Make Management Agreement Active
Once you have created your Management Agreement you can then manage the agreement status throughout its lifecycle.
To do this you can use the below steps:
Go to the Property
Select Management Agreements from the mini left hand menu
Select Actions within the Management Agreement
Choose the relevant status from the down-down
Incoming - this is for a management agreement that is set to become active soon
Active - this is for a management agreement that is currently within the agreed period
Outgoing - this is for a management agreement where the agreement period has ended.
Archived - this is for management agreements that have been completed, and not the current outgoing agreement.
