Alfie allows you to record your Lease Agreements so that you can house all information such as the date paid to and other information in one easy place.
Create a Lease Agreement
You can create a Lease Agreement using the below steps:
Go to the Property record
Head to Lease Agreements from the mini menu
Click Create Lease Agreement
Enter in your Lease Agreement details
Click Create Lease Agreement
Edit Lease Agreement
Once you have created your Lease Agreement you can add in the Lease Term and the Rent Details using the steps outlined in the below video.
Mark Lease Agreement as Active
To update your Lease Agreement to be Active you can follow the below steps:
Go to Properties from the main left-hand menu
Select your the relevant Property
Go to Lease Agreements from the mini menu
Select Actions within the Lease Agreement
Click Set as Active from the drop-down
