Rex Property Management allows you to create invoices for any relevant funds.
Add an Invoice
You can create an invoice from the Global Create Button or directly from the record.
The Global Create Button
Click the Global Create Button
Select Create Invoice
From a record
Go to the Contact, Ownership or Tenancy
Select Actions
Click Create Invoice
Add Invoice Details
Once you have created your Invoice you can add the Invoice Details.
Enter basic invoice information
Description - A few words to define the invoice
Due Date
Invoice From - Who is this invoice payable to
Bill To - Who is to pay this invoice
Bank Account - Which account are these funds to be paid to
Disbursement Instruction - How would you like these funds to be disbursed
Disbursement preferences - this will ensure you can disburse as per normal
EFT - this is to disburse specific for this invoice, these funds cannot be allocated elsewhere during the disbursement
Bill Reference - optional reference number
Add Line Item
The information required will be dependent on the payable to and payable from values.
ie if both payable to and payable by are ownership or tenancy records you will need to select which property the invoice is payable to and payable by.
Click Create Invoice
