Bill Processing

Bill Processing is how you can upload your invoices and store them directly in Rex PM.

Rex PM allows users to upload and store their Bills issues to them and keep track of those Processed and No Processed.

Upload your Bill

To upload a Bill you can use the below steps:

  1. Go to Financials > Bill Processing

  2. Select Upload Bills

  3. Drag and Drop your Bill or Select Upload and choose from your desktop.

  4. Select Process Now or Process Later

Process your Bill

When you've uploaded your Bill and you Select Process you are creating an Invoice in Rex PM.

You will need to complete the below fields:

  • Description: A line to describe what the invoice is for

  • Due Date

  • Invoice From: Who is the invoice payable to

  • Bill to: Who is to pay this invoice

  • Bank Account: Bank Details to transfer to (your default trust account will pre-populate)

  • Disbursement Instruction: How are these funds to be disbursed for the Payable to

  • Bill reference number: Any reference you'd like to use

You're then able to add in your Invoice Line Items which will depend on the values entered into payable to and payable by.
