Merge Tags are an awesome tool to help you be more personable with your database while being time efficient.
You can add Merge Tags when sending a Message or when creating a Message Template.
The Merge Tag options available will be relevant to the record you have related to the Message.
For example, if you have a Property related you will have merge tags relevant to the property and its tenancy.
Adding a Merge Tag
To add a Merge Tag to your Message just click on the Merge Tag you'd like to use and paste it into your message.
You can paste into your message by right-clicking and selecting paste or via the Control V shortcut for Windows or Command V for Macs.
