Property Compliance Tasks are created based on the settings you add to Rex PM.
Categories & Requirements
Property Compliance Settings can be found via
Select Settings in the main left-hand menu
Select Property Compliance
You will see that Compliance is split into Categories and Requirements.
Categories is the Type of Compliance that you require for example Fire Alarms.
Requirements is then what you need to validate the above Compliance ie. Fire Alarm Inspection Certificate.
Task Creation
As Property Compliance Tasks are created automatically for you, you can select when you'd like them to be created.
Go to Settings in the main left-hand menu
Select Tasks
Click into Property Compliance
Click the pencil icon to edit
Select how far in advance you'd like the Task to be created
Click Save
