How to transcribe your audio/video automatically

Guide to transform your audio/video into transcriptions

To transcribe your audio/video go to https://app.algoreducation.com/audio. To take advantage of Algor's new feature, you will need to purchase the appropriate credit to transcribe your audio or video (you can try for free with videos or audios that are shorter than 1 minute.

Proceed to upload the audio or video file you have and wish to convert to text. To do so, click on the 'Upload file' button on the left-hand side of the screen and select the file saved on your device.

The maximum size for each file is 0.5 GB.

The formats supported by the platform are: mpeg, mp3, wav, webm, m4a, mpga, mp4. If your file format is not among these, you can convert it to one of the accepted formats with an online converter.

Once you have selected your file, select the language of the audio or video and click on 'Start transcription'.

When the transcription process is complete and your text is ready, you will receive an e-mail alert containing the link that will allow you to access the content. To view the text transcribed by the Artificial Intelligence, click on the "View transcription" button on the right-hand side of the page, in the area that encloses and sorts all uploaded files.
