If you are a Basic or Pro subscriber you can export your maps to print them on paper. To print a map click on the button with the print symbol at the top right of the map environment.

You will see the Print Preview screen appear, in which you can configure the print options:

  • Node layout: mind map, tree, two-level tree, compact.

  • Sheet orientation: vertical or horizontal.

  • Map style: nodes with white background, nodes with writing only.

Before printing, you can move the nodes of your map freely around the sheet by simply clicking and dragging. By occupying the sheet space better, the map will be more "zoomed in" and readable.

Please note: increasing the text size does not directly affect the readability of the map.

Depending on the size of your map, it will automatically be divided into a number of multiple pages with the same title. If you want to print the entire map on one sheet, click on the "Single Page" button.

If the single-page map is still unreadable, you can choose to make a Collage, i.e. print a single map on 1, 2 or 4 sheets. Remember, the Collage option is only available with "Single Page" printing.

To print, click on the blue button at the bottom right with the printer symbol.
