Updates to display the status of sending emails to the LMS in the student profile
We have replaced the icons for resending and opening emails
Now we can get delivery statuses
Statuses:
🕐 Ready to send: we, for our part, have sent an email and are waiting for delivery by the service.
🔘 Sent: the email was sent to the recipient. At this stage, the message has not yet been delivered to the recipient, it has been sent by the service.
✔️ Delivered: the message is delivered.
👀 Clicked: the client opened the email.
❌ Not delivered: the message was not delivered to the recipient, or an invalid e-mail address was specified in the student profile, or the client marked the sender's address as spam.
❌ Attempts exhausted: the message was not delivered to the recipient, or an invalid e-mail address was specified in the student profile, or the client marked the sender's address as spam.
❔ Unknown: this status is displayed if an unexpected error occurs. E.g., an invalid e-mail address was specified in the student profile.
📌 The status is updated every 5 minutes.
If the attempt fails, the message will be automatically repeated 5 times every 5 minutes. After the 5th attempt will be failed, the message stops being sent.
As you can see, now three different statuses can display several identical possible problems. We are working on improving the status system.
