Access of the currently working teachers to the course materials
The “Teacher course admission” tab was added to the profiles of all active teachers. This tab contains a list of all educational materials of the courses the teacher has access to.
📣 Important! The status of the course to which the teacher has access to must be in status: Active.
When you create a group and select a course, only the active teachers who have open access to this course can be assigned to it.
Organizational moments
❗️ Before assigning a teacher to a group, you need to make sure that the teacher passed the training in the MC or course and that access to the necessary course is open.
If the teacher does not have the access to the necessary courses, please write to the customer support department or the tutor about this problem and provide the following information:
The courses the teacher needs the access to;
The date when the teacher was certified to perform these courses;
Link to the teacher's profile in the LMS (Back office).
The access of the new teachers to the course materials
📌 The new teachers will have access to the materials of the course only if they are certified by the tutor to conduct this course.
The certification rules:
Completed at least 80% of the Onboarding Training Course for Teachers;
The teacher attended two trainings: “Meeting a tutor before the MC” and “Online training on communication with parents”.
This practice is important for maintaining the teaching quality standards in Algorithmics 💪

Tutors answer on weekdays and department hours only.
📣 Important! Tutors will definitely answer your question. However, if you write your query to the tutors on weekends, then you'll receive the answer only during business hours.
If the tutors do not respond within a few days, you can write about to the support team. We will definitely help you to solve your problem or contact a tutor on the behalf of your request.
