In this article, you'll learn how to enable conversion rate tracking in Alia to gain deeper insights into your popup performance and optimize your results.
Please note that you must use Shopify checkout, and checkout must be on the same domain name as your main site. For example, if your checkout is at checkout.mystore.com instead of mystore.com, conversion rate tracking won't work due to limitations in tracking users across domains.
Step 1: Go to Settings in your dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to the Other tab within the settings menu.
Step 3: Click on Grant Permissions
This will initiate an update to your data access.
Step 4: Approve the request

Step 5: Return to Settings > Other
Step 6: Click on Enable Web Pixel
Once enabled, the web pixel will begin tracking conversions β providing key data to help optimize your popup performance.
