Step 1: Create a Private API Key in Postscript
Log into your Postscript account.
Navigate to the API Keys page.
Click Create Security Key Pair.
Step 2: Copy the Private API Key
Once the key pair is generated, copy the Private Key.
Important: Only use the Private Key — do not use the Public Key.
Step 3: Connect Postscript in Alia
In your Alia dashboard, go to the Integrations tab.
Click Connect next to Postscript.
Paste your Private API Key into the field provided.
Step 4: Select a Keyword
After connecting, choose a keyword. Keywords are not used as a store for subscribers with Onsite Opt-In, but they are required for just establishing the integration in the first place, so you can select any keyword if you're using Onsite Opt-In.
If you're not using Onsite Opt-In on your popups, the Keyword is where your subscribers will be sent to and stored for data purposes.
And that's it! Your integration is now live, and new subscribers from your Alia popups will sync directly into Postscript.
