Every brand that installs Alia gets a free trial before any paid billing begins. You'll get 14 days on the Basic Plan or 30 days on the Fully Managed Plan, with full access to all the features included on that plan.
Free Trial Overview
When you install Alia, you can choose between two plans, each with its own free trial length:
Basic Plan — 14-day free trial
Fully Managed Plan — 30-day free trial, with a dedicated Customer Success Manager helping you optimize and grow
During your trial, you'll have full access to every feature included in the plan you've selected.
There's no limited "preview" mode - what you see during the trial is exactly what you'll have on the paid plan.
Visitors during your trial don't count toward your plan - You can drive as much traffic to Alia as you'd like during the trial period without it affecting your billing once you move to the paid plan.
Visitor tracking begins fresh when your trial ends.
You can check how many days are left in your free trial at any time from the Billing page on your Alia dashboard.

If you're on the Basic Plan during your trial and decide you'd like the hands-on optimization support of the Fully Managed Plan, you can upgrade at any time.
What Happens After Your Trial Ends
At the end of your trial period (14 days for Basic, 30 days for Fully Managed), your account will automatically transition into the paid version of your selected plan.
Billing is handled directly through Shopify, so you'll be auto-charged based on Shopify's standard billing cycle - there's nothing extra you need to do to stay on Alia.
